UPCOMING GIRLS HOCKEY EVENTS
CAHA GIRLS PLAYER DEVELOPMENT (birth years 2012 & 2013 only)
As part of USA Hockey, each athlete is given an opportunity to tryout to participate in a USA Hockey National Development Camp.
USA Hockey hosts three National Player Development Camps for girls ages 15, 16 and 17. The week-long experience at any of the three camps exposes participants to various ‘best practices’ and training strategies so players can return home with the tools to develop their skills over the course of that season (and seasons to come).
Below are the Birth Years and respectable tryout dates and locations for the 2024-2025 Season:
Birth Years: 2012 – 2013
- CAHA Tryout – April 11-13th - in Raleigh, NC
- Players selected will be invited to attend the Multi-District Development Camp in Bowling Green, OH
July 27- August 1 (Bowling Green, OH) - $750 for players and goalies
Birth Year: 2011
- Straight to District Tryout – April 25-27 –Orlando Ice Den in Maitland, FL.

Birth Year: 2010
- Straight to District Tryout – April 25-27 –Orlando Ice Den in Maitland, FL.
Birth Years: 2008 – 2009
- Straight to District Tryout – April 25-27 –Orlando Ice Den in Maitland, FL.
Birth Years 2006 – 2007
- Straight to District Tryout – April 25-27 –Orlando Ice Den in Maitland, FL.
SOUTHEAST DISTRICT PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
The registration link will go live on February 17 and will close on April 13.
Registration fees are $235. This fee is non-refundable. Fees may be applied to a future year if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
Players that wish to try out in another district because of scheduling conflicts must complete a Tryout Waiver Form and be approved in advance by the USA Hockey National Office:
All players must pre-register.
No walk ins will be accepted.
There will be no exceptions.
Registration will close on April 13 and no late registrations will be accepted.
Plan to arrive in Orlando on Thursday, April 24. We are on the ice starting Friday morning.
