CHARLESTON LADY STINGRAYS
CGHL PILOTS JAILBREAK RULE
Beginning with the CGHL Weekend in Charleston, the CGHL will pilot the Jailbreak rule popularized by the PWHL. This exciting new rule allows for the player in the penalty box serving a minor penalty to be released when a shorthanded goal is scored by their team.

- 50 or 60-min run-time games
- 60-minute game slot (plus cut): Three (3) 17-min periods with 3 min warmup and 1 min between periods
- 50-minute game slot (plus cut): Three (3) 14-min periods with 3-min warmup and 1 min between periods
- All penalties follow USAH but are run-time
- 3rd period set to curfew time if necessary
- 2 officials/game
