Girls’ Skill Clinic with Shawna Davidson

The Carolina Amateur Hockey Association (CAHA) invites you to participate in a Girls' Skill Clinic with current USA Hockey Women’s Sled Team Head Coach Shawna Davidson that will be held at the Extreme Ice Center, Indian Trail, NC. Shawna’s involvement and accolades in hockey as a player, coach, and USA Hockey evaluator has spanned the past three decades and includes playing four years with the University of New Hampshire, winning three silver medals at the IIHF Women’s World Championships, former assistant coach at University of Minnesota Duluth, currently serving on the Board of Directors with USA Hockey, and, serves as an evaluator for the USA Hockey Women’s National Teams. This CAHA and Extreme Ice Center sponsored event is being offered free of charge and is open to any female hockey player that has interest in attending. All skill levels are welcome!

The schedule for the Extreme Ice Center clinic on Saturday, April 15, 2017 is as follows:

  • 7:30 - 8:00 am, Registration
  • 8:10 - 9:30 am, On-ice Session #1
  • 10:15 - 11:15 am, Off-ice Session #1 (speed, agility, strength training)
  • 11:15 - 12:15 pm, Lunch Break
  • 12:30 - 1:50 pm, On-ice Session #2
  • 2:15 - 2:45pm, Meet and Greet with Shawn Davidson
  • 3:00 – 3:45 pm, Off-ice Session #2 (shooting, stick handling, goalie training)

This event is being held in conjunction with the CAHA Player Festival.

The Extreme Ice Center address is: 4705 Indian Trail Fairview Rd., Indian Trail, NC.
